RETURNS 

• Returns must be within 30 days of the paid invoice date.
• Returns and/or Exchanges will not be accepted for discontinued, special orders, material that are cut (carpet cuts, floor cuts) or used, or final sale items.
• Returns will assess a 30% non-negotiable restocking fee plus any associated shipping charges for any materials that have already shipped by freight.
• Product must be in re-sellable condition. Products not meeting this standard will not be eligible for a refund.
• Re-sellable condition is defined as: Flooring - clean, unblemished boxes; all original box contents (planks per box), box content must also be free from damage as determined by Quick Floors.
• Return material must include the same batch and box number that was fulfilled during the time of purchase.
• Returns and/or Exchanges must include receipt or invoice number documentation.
• No Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted on Transitions/Moldings and Trims as of 2025.

EXCHANGES

• All exchanges must be of equal or higher value of invoice or portion thereof.
• Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the paid invoice date. Any exchange request after will be considered a return (view return guidelines above).
• Product must be in re-sellable condition. Products not meeting this standard will not be eligible for an exchange.
• Clients are responsible for any shipping fees related to the exchange and/or return of the product.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

• TO CANCEL A PAID ORDER, please contact us immediately. Orders must be canceled within 10 days of the PAID order, or it will be treated as a return and/or exchange item under that policy.
• TO CANCEL AN UNPAID ORDER, please contact us immediately. An unpaid invoice will automatically become invalid after 15 days. In which, you can contact us to generate a new invoice for any canceled orders.
• Order cancellations may be submitted through email, over the phone, or in person at our showroom located at: 3673 Lexington Avenue, Suite H-1, Arden Hills, MN 55126.
• Orders canceled after being shipped will be assessed a 15% non-negotiable cancellation fee plus any associated actual freight costs, which may differ from the invoice amounts for freight. The purchaser receiving the material shipment will need to coordinate the shipment back to the showroom site.
• Orders canceled that are already picked up can be delivered to the Arden Hills showroom by purchaser who is willing and able to prepare material for successful return transit, will exclude the 15% non-negotiable cancellation fee, subject to an approved authorization from Quick Floors management after a physical assessment as to the resale of the items.
• Any returned or canceled purchases that is approved for a refund will be paid by check and mailed within 30 days - unless specified differently to you by management otherwise. Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs.

Purchasers' responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Applicable cancellation restocking fee
• Associated actual freight costs, which may be different from invoiced amounts
• Preparing material for successful return transit
• All cost for items returned without prior written authorization, including refused shipments

Quick Floors reserves the right to deny returns of orders not meeting the requirements as stated above. Quick Floors reserves the right to modify the terms as adjustments occur in our operations.
